15-Year Old Girl Wins 5 Million Naira at the National Essay Competition

A 15-year-old girl, Usongobong Paul, student of Federal Government Girls College in Ikot Ibio Itong, Akwa Ibom State, has emerged as the overall winner of a national essay competition organised by United Bank for Africa Foundation.

Paul received a five million Naira grant to study at any African university of her choice, Princess Sholabomi from Value Spring College in Lagos State placed second in the competition and got N3,000,000 followed by Sharon Nwajiaku from Ota Total Academy, who received a 2.5 million Naira.
