Grenville School is an institution founded on the fulcrum of education as a preparatory ground to make the child become thoroughly grounded in contents and character (academics and morals) in preparation to becoming a responsible citizen.
Location and History: Greenville School is a day and boarding institution established in 2011. It is located at 15 Joel Ogunnaike Street, and 18 Ladoke Akintola Street; both in GRA Ikeja.
Philosophy behind the School: To mould children who would trust in God, excel and lead in every aspects of human endeavours.
The Greenville’s philosophy runs on a template that believes that building a child’s character should start early in life. Consequently, Grenville children are taught from the very beginning that beauty lies not just in intelligence but also in the whole character of a person. Steadily and progressively, Grenville begins to imprint these values in its children. Greenville School is a crèche and playgroup, nursery, primary, secondary and A-levels/ OOSD education institution. Its five stages are well integrated and tailored to give a holistic development of the child as a future leader.
For its Crèche and Playgroup, Greenville School provides high quality integrated education for children between the ages of 3 months to 18 months while its Nursery section caters for children aged 2 years to 5years and above for its Nursery.
Greenville curriculum is a clinically blended of the British and Nigerian curricula. The school teaching and learning approach in classroom management encompasses the 4Cs learning skills (Creativity, Communication, Collaboration and Critical thinking). This enables the teachers to inculcate systematic knowledge and skills in the students and thereby creating a consistent support that helps easy transition from one stage to another.
