President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the reappointed of Sir Joseph Ari as Director-General of the Industrial Training Fund (ITF), following his successful completion of his first tenure, which started in 2016. His reappointment takes effect from September 25, 2020.
Ari’s reappointment was contained in a letter to the Minister of Industry, Trade, and Investment, Otunba Adeniyi Adebayo, through the Chief of Staff to the President, Ibrahim Gambari.
Nasir Sani-Gwarzo, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, in a press statement, charged Ari to assist President Buhari to deliver his promise of lifting 100 million Nigerians out of poverty.
Adebayo also tasked Ari to cooperate with members and staff of ITF to move the organisation forward.
