Lagos State trains auditors in workplace ethics for better performance
The Lagos State Office of the State Auditor-General recently organized a three-day training program on workplace ethics for junior staff on Grade Level 01 – 07 in conjunction with Bold Perception Integrated Resources Limited. The training program aimed to promote ethical values and enhance staff performance in discharging official duties.
Mr. Moshood Adewuyi, the acting State Auditor-General, emphasized the importance of ethical knowledge in dictating the productivity level of any organization. He explained that the training covered topics, including Emotional Intelligence, Understanding Your Boss for Effective Performance, Record Keeping, and Work Ethics for Better Performance.
Through this training, the Lagos State government hopes to equip its auditors and administrative staff with the necessary tools to effectively attend to organizational issues and improve their overall performance in the workplace.
